Upcoming Writing for Wellbeing Course

We’re really pleased to share that our Co-Chair, Eva Roshan, will be once again running her popular Writing for Wellbeing 6-week course starting on Thursday 30th April, 10.30-12.30.

This is a gentle, welcoming space to explore writing in a way that’s all about the process, not the end result. There’s no pressure, no judgement, just time to write freely and see where your thoughts take you.

Eva will offer simple prompts each week around a theme to help get you started. From there, it’s about letting the words flow and seeing what comes up. Often, it’s surprising what we learn about ourselves when we give ourselves the space to write.

There’s also the option to share your writing with the group if you’d like to – completely at your own pace. Many people find there’s something powerful about having their voice heard in a supportive setting.

No writing experience is needed at all. Just bring a notebook and pen.

As Eva puts it, it’s a bit like a “spring clean for the head”.

A few words from past participants

People often describe the course as calming, healing, and unexpectedly powerful:

“The freedom to write, the release that brings… I’ve begun to understand myself a little better.”

“So empowering to explore emotion through writing.”

“A special time to step out of the busyness of life.”

“I can write without judgement and even share my voice.”

“Mind-opening – it helped me put feelings into words I didn’t know were there.”

This is a completely free course, designed to support mental health and wellbeing. If you’d like to sign up, or for more information, please contact Eva eva[email protected]
