South Powys Mind is a local organisation that I am extremely proud to call myself a small part of: in the increasingly complex times in which we all find ourselves, there has never been a greater need for us all to step up and help our local communities in whatever way we are able. This ethos is at the core of South Powys Mind, and to support Mental Elf is to better enable us as an organisation to better help individuals within the Brecon area to manage their mental health and wellbeing.
