Join us for a relaxed, accessible workshop exploring how breath, body and voice can help us regulate our nervous system and connect with ourselves and others.

We’ll try some gentle movement and breathwork, explore humming and vocal sounds, discover how harmony and music can help us express and release emotion, and learn a song together.

No singing or opera experience needed. Just come along, have a go and see what you discover.
