Mental Elf 2025

I see in my work the important role charitable organisations such as South Powys Mind play in supporting people in Powys.
We must try to do what we can to support our own mental wellbeing and running is my vehicle for doing just that. Juggling a busy job as CEO of PAVO, a busy family life, my epilepsy diagnosis and peri menopause means my mental health can be a struggle at times.
